Outcome disputes
If you believe a billed outcome did not meet the billable definition (for example, the “confirmation” came from a wrong number), dispute it from the order page within 7 days. We review the recording, transcript and call details. Accepted disputes are credited: on Razorpay against your next invoice, on Shopify as a refund of the usage charge.
Platform fees
Platform fees are non-refundable after 14 days.
